I read through most of the reviews and it looks like everyone agrees on the same problems. Poor customer service, I wonder why all these employees working at this bakery have a horrible attitude? Y'all don't get paid enough seriously get a different job because it does make an impact on people. 😁 They make a huge deal with the reciept thing 😂 I've had the experience too. Good things I like about this place is I can get cake or bread super early in the morning. The cakes are good and pastries are delicious. The owner sure needs to raise these people's wages not just the prices 😂 and get new management that treats the workers fairly and respectfully.

Bought a 3 Leches cake and the milk came out instantly as soon as they handed it over, the “happy birthday” lettering is gone because the milk is coming out. They should of wrote it on the cake. The frosting taste gross. It taste like ink. Would not recommend 0/10

I was very disappointed when i arrived at the surprise party we planned for my uncle and the cake we got was completely different to what we asked for, cake we asked for is the one with the hat(asked for it with out the hat) and then what we got is the other one, called in and they blamed it on the girl who took the order, and wasn’t even offer any credit, we weren’t looking for anything in return and i understand mistakes are made, but i really didn’t appreciate the way they handled things
