Called twice, put one hold over 6 mins. Fine maybe they are busy. Had to hang up, but called back an hr later only to sit on hold for 37mins. The gal Katie seemed to have an attitude that I had to hang up the first time. They never answered my question, poor customer service.

We looked at several different stores and decided to get our happy healthy ladies from this store not only because of their large selection, but mostly because of their AMAZING staff member, Breanna. If you have chicken questions, she is your gal. Her customer service skills and colorful personality is something you don't see everyday. Don't buy a new one ...take your old one to a place that lets you exchange for a new one that's already filled....they will recycle the old one and you get a new one already filled for a quarter the price.

Hi Angie, we recommend you try either our Wheat Straw two string bales, or the decorative straw bales offered at most locations during the fall. Our two string straw bales weigh roughly 70lbs and retail for $10.99 a bale. Pricing and availability variate by each store location for the decorative straw bales.
