Like so many other auto part stores in my location that I frequent out of pure necessity they don't know how to look beyond the recommendation of their computer screen. I was asking for a particular part for my truck that isn't necessarily in it's original stock form. It is a bit modified and customized to suit me because it's mine. I know what I want to put on or in it's engine due to the modifications that I've made. Just because a computer says it's not recommended doesn't mean that it's not available. I found the exact spark plugs that I wanted available through Amazon without some kid looking at me like a deer in headlights.

These guys are always super friendly and willing to answer questions. I’ve gone in twice recently to read the codes in my car. Both times it was the gas cap, so the guy suggested we replace it - a cheap fix for a car issue. I was super relieved to find out it wasn’t a repair that would cost hundreds!
