Coffee is legit. service is quite prompt(surprisingly for how busy it gets here). ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS reserve a seat ahead of time online to avoid the long wait times outside.

Never again will I go here for this IHOP location. I came in with my family around 4pm as kids eat free. Once we came inside there was nobody eating and we were the first customers to dine. Waitress came and attended us. We showed her the minions promo on our phones and order for the kids (she never brought up any offers for kids eat free or minions promo) once we were done and ask for our check. They charged us for everything including the kids food. Once spoke with the manager, she kept saying that waitress did "Not see our kids as she wouldn't know if the kids eat for free time as she's busy" with only 3 separate customers I guess it's ALOT of work to deal with. Also. Their promo for minions is NOT part of the kids meal so it wouldn't be part of the free meal for kids. Why advertise this for kids when it's not free. Yet again manager still defended her staff and "she is very aware of the promo and kids eat free" reality is.. she failed failed those 2.

Although this place is open 24 hours the service here was not good. There was not many people when we arrived and I took us about 5 minutes for someone to come out and give us a table. Once we had our table it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and once we had our order we didn't really see anyone else come and ask us if we need anything else like coffee. We had to almost go to the back of the kitchen once we wanted to pay to ask them to come out. I feel that we could have just walked out without pain and they wouldn't have noticed. The food was okay I ordered a spicy pepper jack melt, the hamburger cook could have been cooked a little bit more and the buns could have been toasted.

IHOP never fails. Glad they are in City of Paramount. They are in a convenient location but parking is not that great. Still one can find a parking space.It is a shared parking lot with other businesses.
