The front receptionist for dr boutros is very rude, ghetto and she used profanity when I was trying to tell her to call my medical for verification. Her name is Christine and the other receptionist as well are both extremely unprofessional, and ended up getting in a fight with one of the patients infront of me and everyone else waiting to be seen. She got in the face of the sweet lady trying to be seen like she is in a street fight. She told the lady that she does not her insurance is not covered with dr boutros and that she can't see him. The lady said she has been trying to make an appointment for days and was kept being hung up on which happened to me multiple times. Both receptionist role their eyes, with a very bad attitude and close the window on you while your still speaking. I saw that and left immediately . I am NOT going to go to a dr that doesn't know how to hire professional helpful and courteous staff. Worst experience ever and I am making sure I let everyone that comes here to change doctors and I have already reported the treatment that was shown to myself and this Other patient. Christine and the other chubby reception are the reasons that this place will shut down. I will make sure of it and I feel bad for these two because they were not raised properly to speak with respect. That's what happens when uneducated people bring children to the world. Very pathetic. Dr said he has had issue with both if them and has been looking to replace them as he cannot afford to lose patients due to this low class service.

Dr. Boutros has been my grandmothers primary doctor for the past 10-15 years. She is 83 years old now. She seems to like him, but I think she just got used to him. His new office is a little better looking than the last one. The waiting area is clean but the back part really needs a makeover.. new paint and everything.. ect. But my review is not based on him. This office does a really poor job keeping appointments on time. I’m sitting here at 11:40 am wanting to be called for my grandma who had a 10:45 am appt. They take walk ins which for some people is great but not for others who make an appts. Ahead of time. There are many obvious reasons why people do that! It really sucks that after many years in service this is an issue. I work in a pediatric dental office and know that sometimes doctors and staff run behind attending individual patients needs. But the front office is the first people you interact with. Which now makes me come to a different issue with this office. When you walk in no one greets you, the window is always closed! When you come in you just sign in on a paper which every 5-10min a hand pops out to grab the sign in sheet then quickly shuts again. What’s up with that! No one ever comes out to say we are running behind or mentions how much longer your wait will be. So as I get up to complain I quickly get shut down with “if you have an issue with the wait time.. take it with the doctor..” not once do they take any acknowledgment of your complain. As I wait here I’m looking for a new doctor, for my sweet and patient grandma. Maybe it’s best to just show up when u have hours to kill on waiting.. and not a day you take off work to bring your relative in for a routine check up..
