Okay last week or so i had a bad experience at the Ross store in Arleta Ca. They didn't want to return an item even thou i had the receipt . I even Explained i wouldn't never use the fragrance I want it to. Buy I asked for store credit. The manager said no. Now i go to the Whittier Ross store it was a guy who did my return no problem cash back ... I'm happy. And they get a positive review. Who ever the District manager is in the Whittier area Keep up the great work your stores all in this area have a great people working for you . Especially the Ross in Whittier at the Quad. 👍

Found my bargain, the young lady who checked me out, was gracious, efficient and polite. There were only 2 lines open but she remained calm, collected and polite

This location was well organized and cashier was extremely friendly but not to the point where the line was held up by her conversation. Lines moved so quickly about 5pm shopping time. Even the other shoppers were friendly at this site and helped me with a cart when I had to switch places with my husband so I could feed the baby. Good vibes here.

Love it❤️! It's easy to shop there. Today an employee helped me find a dress shirt because I have ADHD and I can't pay attention at times. Thank you Sir!
