I love this dispensary! I put in an order to pick up curbside using their website and first off the website is very easy to navigate and has pictures of all the items as well as the details and price so it makes it easy to find exactly what your looking for and send in your order. I knew exactly how much cash I needed and 10 min later I was pulling up to the spots that are designated for curbside located right smack in the front so there’s no confusion on where to park. Within minutes a guy came out to greet me he was very friendly and efficient he double checked my order was correct and took my id and cash and was in and out with my order in minutes. With my receipt and change in the bag I was set to jet and the whole process took less than 10 min. The prices are fair and the selection is beyond expectation. They have everything. Plus they consistently have deals and sales going on. Haven you guys are killing it! Great experience as always this is why it’s my go to spot!

As a introvert who cries at the thought of having to go out in public, Haven has done a pretty good job at hiring the chillest employees. I had my first interaction with Erica today and she made me feel super comfortable, I caught myself being so chatty. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me. I know that sounds like common customer service, but it was happy hour and busy. She could of just offered something and had me on my way, but she took time to listen to me and help me pick put something best suitable for me. She was super sweet and chill and insightful. Gladys is absolutely spectacular. She helped me find the perfect mixes for my taste - and helped me with sale and retail items. When we missed one of my purchases she even came all the way out of the shop to flag me down. She was so warm and welcoming my initial anxiety about talking to people all disappeared.
