What a great experience! Amber was thorough when answering all my questions, and extremely helpful and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. No sales pressure, just an abundance of information on each product I asked about. It's a really nice store, very clean and open.

Really friendly and helpful staff, I have only purchased one time and I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I never felt weird about asking stupid questions and they got me right where I wanted. They seemed to have a great selection, that wasn't overwhelming at the same time. Check in was a little bit annoying, but there's nothing they can do about that I guess. I recommend this place for a first time buyer, and I suspect even those with more seasoned tastes will find what they like.

I’ve had a great experience here thus far! All of the staff have been great but Kristian has really gone above and beyond for me more than once, her attitude and product knowledge are top notch. I am really hoping for a larger variety of products now that legalization has been approved and they seem to be loosening restrictions. But for now I think BaM probably has the best selection in Long Beach.
