The park is in a bad area of town, but its behind a secured gate. Nice laundry facilities. The people inside the park are nice & quiet, but the surrounding interstate and housing can be very loud, at times, no matter where you are parked. The spots are very very close and tight to get in and out of. Miss Doris and Martine are super nice and helpful! We would stay here, again

Decent place to stay, good rates. Place is gated, little to no issues in the nearly 2 years my bus was set up here. Someone i worked with had a bicycle come up missing. I had NO issues with any packages delivered coming up missing. Only bad thing i will say, there are TOO MANY CATS running around loose, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. Oh......also, being that this place is in LA basically......the power grid sucks, but that's not the Parks fault. Had to run a step up transformer because the A/C would kick the circuit in the summer time if I didn't.
