Bought a couch with warranty. The couch lasted maybe 3 months before it got broken. We tried contacting a representative to help us with the damages. They stated that the warranty only covers accidental damages. Surely we did not break our brand new couch on purpose. Why pay the extra 80 something dollars if nothing is covered?? Besides that, delivery took months... Just pay the little extra and go somewhere else. I do not recommend any bobs furniture.

Minh was an excellent rep who walked me through several options on a clearance sectional sofa. I returned the next day to purchase it and he walked me through the sofa to identify any issues and to confirm that all recliners were operating properly. He was flexible with several requests I had and was patient, always working with me through options. He will also monitor a few items that I’m still looking for. Great customer service.

Picked up 3 items we ordered today only to have the 1st one we opened be damaged. When we called the customer service agent (outsourced) they offered us an exchange which we were okay with if they'd do a delivery. They denied us a delivery and told us they can only offer an exchange if we come to them 2 weeks from today. Our customer rep. Made it very clear that we were denied individually by the store. So this store will not offer you delivery after you have done your part to retrieve the items you paid for. We honestly didn't think asking for free delivery was a big deal but apparently it's too much for them to handle. Wanted to further exaggerate this was done by the store and had nothing to do with our lovely customer service rep.
