I love shopping here but this time was different. I wanted to exchange something I bought online and the cashiers were confused... On an exchange?? So ridiculous! I just wanted the same item but in different size and they couldn't do it because I bought it on clearance? I didn't get this item on clearance and then they said they couldn't exchange it. What!? So they decided to return the item without asking me. They didn't even give me all my money back. I walked out of this store. Never coming back to this location. The manager was aware of the situation but didn't help at all. All she kept saying was " I don't understand."

I'm slightly soured by this location. This is my second time having an issue with the signage and a not-so-interested employee. I purchased several items that were supposed to be on sale. They rang up regular price, so I asked the cashier if they were on sale and she replied "it'll come off at the end". I also had a super cash (whatever it's called) coupon, so I assumed by my total that it kicked in. Once I got home I examined my receipt and realized the only discount I received was the super cash. I called the store and the rep was uninterested also, she finally "went to check" after I asked. She came back to say that sign was for "new card members to receive 30% off" . That was fine, but then she said the SAME sale sign was for "only the blue items" and thatbwas NOWHERE on the signage. This is the second time this happened. I know losing me as a customer is no big deal, but at least REVIEW the signage before you display it.

The store is very spacious and now the prices are good,buy one get 50% off on second item,parking is limited due to the number of stores around.
