They eventually resolved an issue I had with a dealer that tried to rip me off but it took 4?months. Be ready to wait. I called them often and was constantly promised “2 more weeks” The lady that answers the phone is really rude. But the big problem is that they never do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Government agency always complaining about being overworked.

Lady at the front desk should seize to exist from planet earth. Loves to hang up on people trying to accomplish business at this facility and does not want to give out her name to anybody. Most unprofessional person I have dealt with.

Yes there are, 1999 and older vehicles required an ASM test that drives the vehicle on a dyno, simulating normal driving conditions. 2000 and up only require a visual inspection and a OIS test, OIS is On-board Inspection System, that relies on the vehicles onboard control systems to verify function. Most vehicles 1995 and older may also require an additional test for the gas tank and EVAP system components.
Some papers were in Spanish .. But they vaccinated me with an alarm $ 2,190.00 and in Extra care $ 1,850.00 ... I came back to claim them .... they will only give me back $ 1,850.00 .... when they sold it to me, they even offered me coffee. ... now that I want them to make the adjustment they make me wait and make me walk around that place ...
I personally would not unless you think they are just trying to milk you for your money. I Know from first hand experience that sometimes you think the problem is fixed you test it it runs good then you drive it for a while and the the problem pops back up.
