There’s been a lot of theft (vehicles, people jumping in other patios, etc) as of late and the residence that have been affected have requested the leasing office to send out emails and such to notify everyone. They refuse to acknowledge and do anything about it. Please be careful and look elsewhere where security is actually a thing.

There is still black mold in my bathroom. I’ve lived here for three years and this is the fourth time it’s came back. Very unhealthy. The work order wasn’t completed and was still closed out as compared.. I don’t understand.

It's been great! Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The amenities are nice and the tenants are generally quiet. Big plus for allowing pets. Open parking spaces are tight and may fill up quickly by the evening. Property management will occasionally host small events for kids/family.

Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate Lisa and her team. Lisa has made so many positive improvements to the property. I can't imagine a better manager. The maintenance team is quick to resolve any issues and the Leasing staff is always willing to help in any way they can. I have lived here since July 2013 and the property has improved since Lisa took over.
