They are courteous and know what they are doing. I was in and out in no time with a walk-in. The price is superior compared to other prices in Huntington Beach for a SUV synthetic oil change plus tire rotation is the best in SoCal.

We had a challenging situation at a different store. Mike and his team went above and beyond to turn a problem into an opportunity to give excellent advice and provide fantastic customer service. I am now a happy lifetime customer and will be telling our friends and family to go to American Tire Depot in Huntington Beach for vehicle services and tires.

Made an appointment, "binding service " contract confirmation; was told at appointment time that "after hours" doesn't show up in system and they dont have that size in stock. Basically told too bad. Nothing as a solution other than "have a nice day". I could've lost my Christ on this encounter but lazy Lucifer lost out again. Wouldn't ever spend another penny here given the terrible attitude of the clown "working". Seriously bad attitude. I didn't say anything other than, Good morning, I have an appointment and confirmation number, which is easier too write than my last name. I know clown expected a reaction other than what I said. I left him with the more respect and love than he gave. If you want lazy and dont care attitude then you've come to the right place. Never again.
