I took my car to Pep Boys. Needed a new starter. I got there at about1:30 and my car was done by 3:30. The technician postponed his lunch to work on my car. Can’t thank him enough. I have taken my car to this Pep Boys about 4 times in the last 18 months or so and I have always had a good experience. I think they are doing a great job.

I wanted to share my impressions I did an apointment a day in order to get on it at 1 o'clock in the afternoon I was told that the car would be ready in 2 hours we were with the child and I warned them that I needed this car, which I was told she was still not ready I am very upset what is indifference and a terrible attitude I have to wait on the street with a child right at the door at this time these workers do nothing and still raise their voices at us I am very upset awful service
