Would be helpful if they posted the price of the car wash before you're trapped at the vacuum station.

I had very dirty rims and decided to get my car washed at the hand car wash. I should have just washed my car myself. My rims were still dirty and I had to clean the inside myself as this place does not do a good job. Save your 40 bucks. I will just clean my car myself next time.

The man who greets you by the vacuum station did not greet me (but walked by me) a few times. I asked for a coupon and they don't offer any. The people who vacuum your car did an awful job. This location was dead. The customer service here is a 0 out of 10. I dont anyone even speaks to you. They just take your money and walk off. I paid $25 for my wash and I was not satisfied AT ALL. I showed the guy at the end a bunch of stuff left in the car from the vacuum station and he came in with an air hose and just blew the stuff all over the car instead of it just being in one spot. #LOCALGUIDES

Jack, Thank you for the note. It has unfortunately taken us 4 years to get city approvals for our Santa Ana remodel. We are excited to start constuction on our new Chevron/ Extramile Station and our new state of the art car wash. Grand reopening is set for June 2020. We will keep you posted on our progress.
