Paid for a hand wash they have no monthly specials for that and because I have a wrap the hand wash is the way to go. I will never go back there the people are very nice but the car was not clean! still sap on the car still, water drops on windows, dirty rims, dirty grill they didn’t armor all the floor mats or the inside of the car or the outside for the price that I paid there’s way better places to go they couldn’t even put my floor mats back in properly…ridiculous

I've been going to this car wash for years and have been a very happy customer, but I wasn't happy today with my experience. I have tires that are less than 6 months old and I had been running errands when I decided to stop for a car wash. When my car came out of the wash it looked like it had a flat rear tire, but I thought it was a shadow and dismissed the thought, because the tires are fairly new. While pulling out of the parking lot onto the street I noticed I was having a hard time controlling the steering and then I began to hear the "sound" of a flat tire. I discovered a very deep gouge in the side of my tire. I was disappointed that the attendant who cleaned and polished my tires didn't say something to me before I started driving on it.

We went in with a disaster of a car needed so badly for a wash and the carpet was just trashed and needing a wash as well.. They worked very hard to clean the car and the rug I was happy about the quality. I would have given ☆☆☆☆☆ but they forgot to wipe down the driver side door and no scented pray even though we asked three times ... But other wise will be back to get the car washed again...
