This is a really great little shop! I love what they are doing! We are slowly trying to move towards using only refillable household items, and this is one of our primary stops for making it happen! The clerks are super helpful and friendly as well. Things are pricey but it is worth it! We need to make the change we want to see in this world, one step at a time! I’m fact… Things should be more pricey if done right. Thanks to the owner for their kind and thoughtful response.

Friendly staff and easy to dispense bulk products! Pleased with shower gel and conditioner. The waxed cloth for wrapping food items is great too. Nice selection of sustainable products.

I love this place! So many choices to refill your household cleaners, detergents, personal care items. Plus many other things to get you started on your way to living plastic-free. Finally made it to BYO and I'm so excited to know about this nonprofit! Stephanie helped me out with getting bulk shampoo and conditioner. I will definitely be back for refills and to try out other bulk home products BYO has to offer. Affordable, all natural products that are good for the environment and customers!
