The boat I rented for my daughter's 10th birthday was canceled 15 min AFTER the reservation time. I called about 90 min prior to the reservation to let the staff know we would arrive about 5 min prior to the reservation and I was told that was fine because they were running behind. (they also mentioned 2 boats were damaged the day prior) I was also told that my reservation wouldn't be effected. The manager that I spoke to when I was informed the reservation was canceled was extremely rude and said a bunch of kids birthday party boat rentals were canceled and didn't even offer an apology. NOT ONCE. No staff offered an apology, just the fact that they were running 1 hr 40 min behind at 2:15pm, again, 15 min. after my original reservation time. I was offered a refund, but how does a company justify poor customer service, ESPECIALLY ruining a child's birthday party & notifying the customers AFTER the reservation time when they already knew there was a problem with some of the boats? This is beyond poor customer service......

Friendly and efficient service. Boat was clean. Explanation by staff was clear. Started our boat ride at 1030 on a Sunday, parking wasn't a problem. 2 hours were just the right amount of time for our group of 8 to settle in, eat a little, chat a little and relax.

On days which are not busy, like midweek, you probably can go in there and rent a boat. Weekends, summer, busy times, not so much. Reservations can be made online on their website. It's not only phone in.

I don't think they have larger boats, but you could rent 2 and travel together
It costs $ 89 per hour for a 21 'boat with a capacity of 10-12. You reserve it on your website.
I would recommend to goto their web site. They have all the info. I also recommend renting a boat during weekdays s. Much less crowded. If you want to goto the channels. Look at the tides time table to make sure you can pass under the bridges.
