Good place for cheap clothing and cheap shoes, but, don't expect a huge selection at 6:30 PM on a Sunday, late afternoon. I was actually shocked to find that there were no screaming kids to ruin my shopping and bonus; the place was in pretty decent shape; not the usual, kids and selfish shopper destructive scene like any other day!

Love Ross... dress for less for sure.. got a few good things. This is by far the cleanest Ross in Orange County . They are great at putting go backs back.

If I could give negative stars , I would ,this place will have the security guard fallow you around the whole store the entire time you are there ! When I mention this to Raquel the girl greeting people at the door that looks like the one in charge she says it's part of the policy. Zero customer service from her . Spend your money elsewhere. Only person who gave great customer service was the girl from the fitting room, Ilse. Dont waste your time.

Every time I go here they have such cool stuff I just can't find my size but last time I went I asked you have any sweatshirts and they didn't have any for men there's always a first for something but I give it to Stars just because I'm constantly finding cool stuff but he just doesn't work it's so difficult actually find it the line 2 is very long most the time I buy something I almost don't want to wait in line to get it I've waited in that line for 15 minutes before so expect to wait but that's what you got to do for a good deal and man do they have some amazing deals but don't you agree with me isn't that a joke you go to a clothing store for clothes especially in the men's section for sweatshirt and there's none come on someone drop the ball that's why you're getting two stars get it together guys they do have a bathroom you can use you just need a key
