It's a peace of mind that your child care is provided. Idk what or how would I have done regards child care services. All the ladies in the front and also the case managers so far that I had are really nice, polite, sweet, and satify your needs.. They understand I can't explain but one thing I know that I always come out with a big smile from their. Thank you all n keep up the GREAT work...!!!

My experience has not been pleasent. It's great that your able to get assistance with child care, but they really need to step up. Some staff are great & others are just very unprofessional. To expedite anything you have to ask for the supervisor. They are really short staff & reaching your case worker via phone or email takes about a day to reply/return. They have really messed up on days I pay for my child's daycare & my provider isn't get paid for one day out of the week. This is probably my 4th-5th time calling them to fix their error and to reach the supervisor...Always directed to a message machine...

Don’t understand why they keep whole building, and so much workers, they approve only if you receive CalFresh, otherwise they put you on waiting lost for more than a 2 year, in 2 year my kid going to go to school I don’t need chilcare suport!? Doesn’t get any point of childcare support program!! For families who working as low salary can’t get cash support, than they need to wait 2,3 years!! Worst service ever!!

Im grateful for this program my worker is amazing literally she really is here to help people out un like the girls/women who work at the front desk are so unprofessional all they do is chat with eachother and theyll call the next person in line when they feel like it. They need to hire more mature people.

Yes. She needs to apply for subsidy and if she qualifies, you can get pay for the child.
Not at the moment. There is a drop box outside.
If you're applying for Head StartorEarly Head Start, then it doesn't matter if you're working. You just need to qualify by the Federal income guidelines. But if you're applying for their state preschool, then yes you do need to be working both parents
