PLEASE WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!! I llived here for a year and I’m finally moving out! My car was smashed TWICE from February-April 2022, while parking in garage. First time they smashed my car and took my $6k camera which I blamed myself I shouldn’t place valuable items in car, although when police came, other tenants told the police that his car’s lock was damaged by theft too. The garage doesn’t has camera and the patrol isn’t doing anything rather than toll the car, I believe of you read my comments you will read others, I would save some time from talking toll issues here. Last week, theft cut off my car’s catalyst converter which located under the car, how can I prevent these kind of things?? Police told me the theft is GUARANTEED won’t be caught since police can’t enter the garage and there is no camera. This building complex is like a theft supermarket! On the contrary, my husband’s car, a BMW parked outside on the street, nothing happened, mine is a HONDA SUV. I trully advise everyone thinks thoroughly when you want to live here. I don’t want anyone has the same experience as me. Wish you all the best.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. All my concerns (if any) including maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and efficiently. I feel very safe here and it’s also a safe place for my doggies. Parking spaces are tight but you get used to it and you can make it work. I do recommend this complex.

This place towed my handicapped sons car on Thanksgiving. It was parked in a leasing office space with the placard visible. The leasing office was closed for the holiday, but they still had him towed. With a multitude of other issues at this complex, Car break ins and such, I would steer clear of the Hills at Hacienda Heights.

My hubby and I have lived in this complex since 2005. Although there have been times and things that have bothered us, almost all of it was due to other renters and not the management of these apartments. The management has always assisted us and directed us as needed. They always send out friendly reminders as well, which they shouldn’t have to. People shouldn’t be reminded to not live like animals or behave like them, but it’s the world we live in. Point is they always aim to make it a comfortable place to live. We love that they have a washer and dryer in each unit, that sold us from day one, along with being pet friendly.
