Developed a hot spot in boots I bought earlier this season at Powder House. Popped in and Corey got it to where my dogs are no longer even whimpering when they were howling before. Great shop and I’m excited to see how they expand.

So grateful for the crew at Powder House! This is my first season skiing and I was having a lot of foot pain (and difficulty finding boots in general). Unfortunately, PH didn’t have the boots that fit my foot, but I was able to find ones and brought them in for a custom molding and fitting. I came in three different times (I told you my feet were being difficult!) and had such a wonderful experience every time. The staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of your skiing experience! Special shout out to the following techs who made the magic happen: Forrest - Thank you for starting my boot fitting experience off the right way and for steering me away from the 130 flex boots that another local shop told me to buy (I won’t say where!). You were so patient and nonjudgemental and I really appreciated your knowledge and advice on which boots to research and try on (even though PH didn’t have any in stock!). Cory - Thank you for spending over an hour with me to make sure I had the best fit! I really appreciated your patience and creativity throughout the fitting process. Travis - Thank you for the finishing touches on my boots after I had a chance to trial my initial fitting on the mountain! The adjustments you added made a huge difference in my comfort and confidence level in my new boots. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I went in to get a boot fitting from Andy. He helped us last year as well. He is always so knowledgeable and patient. He spent so much time with us making sure things were perfect. We highly recommend him as a source of knowledge. We have lived in Bend for along time and Powder House has always been our go to with all things snow. Not once have we ever had a bad experience. Every employee rocks! We highly recommend them to all!! Thanks again you guys! We appreciate you !!!

This ski rental place is awesome! Especially Mitch. He is really good at he what he does and has very professional service. Even if it is very busy you can tell their staff has very good teamwork and tries to facilitate everyone as quickly as possible. Will never go anywhere else to rent my equipment!
