I had a problem with my Specialized Turbo Levo and took it to Bend ebike. Jared immediately hooked up the diagnostics and contacted the specialized rep.

Tremendous service. Went in for a brief test ride. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up buying two packs for our racks and the staff took the time to set them up for our individual bikes even though we didn’t have the bikes with us. I needed aftermarket bolts for a Como rack fit and the owner provided me with the four bolts out of their supply. First class operation. I live out of state but will likely return to purchase my next bike from them. Jared (I believe that was his name), Matthew and the owner were great.

Masks are always required by all inside the shop No employees or customers who are experiencing symptoms allowed inside. No more than two groups in at one time Priority given to appointments. Hand sanitizer located next to front door. Out door appointments available.
We do not have Jetsons, I was told they were being sold through Costco now. We do have the Giant LaFree at similar price points but with a quality Yamaha drive system and two years of real warranty and support, professionally assembled and updated by us.

Yes, it's called regenerative braking...nowhere NEAR enough to give the bike a charge, but you can help. Easier to just run your headlight (for instance) off a dynamo hub.
