I can’t believe I’ve never left a review for Gomen. I’ve been coming here for over a decade now and it’s like my top 3 ramen places. Their mabo tofu ramen is my favorite and i haven’t seen it sold anywhere else. They have their fried rice which I also love, if you like vinegar, you should try it on the fried rice, it’s so good. Their service is also great and the guys that work there are super sweet and are just good vibes all around. Last time I went in, they were playing avatar the last airbender, it was perfect.

Some of the best ramen I've had period! This place may be small but it packs a punch. The food and the atmosphere is amazing! Perfect for a date with your partner or a nice dinner with the family. If you're going with a party more than 4 there wait times can be a little long. But the wait is definitely worth it. My go to is the tonkotsu miso double chasu, with a ramune.

Got the “meat lovers” ramen bowl and you get such a generous portion of meat for such a good price. The broth is not to my personal preference as I prefer the creamier tonkotsu broths. This can be just a different style but overall, the flavors are delicious and the texture of the noodles are just right. I do wish that the egg would be slightly less cooked and softer.

Food was delicious. Soup base was a bit salty to my liking but my brother says it's fine for him so I dont know its it's just me or the soup that's the problem. Our guess is the chunky meat they had places in there getting into the soup base. Besides that minor problem everything else was delicious. We ordered a sushi roll where they had scallops on top (forgot the name of the sushi roll) and it was horrible. The scallop was obviously from frozen since it was chewy and I can taste the fishiness that comes when something is not super fresh. We had salmon lover roll and it was delicious. The sushi went well with their spicy mayo sauce. One star less because of the sushi with the scallop tasting all weird.
