Went to Aaron Brothers the framing shop inside Michaels. Courteous, cheerful assistants took my order with standard efficiency. I felt the glass pane I ordered was pricey or I would give it five stars.

I was in Michaels over the weekend. I went to get some photo’s in frames and tee shirt put in a frame box. When I showed up The associates was helping another customer little did I know I would wait over 50 minutes just to be helped. She did tell me she would be right with me once she finished with her customer. My question for Michaels why do you have only one associate on weekend working in framing on holiday season? Finally I was helped by Mary Lou she told me the teeshirt box you install and purchase. I decided to go different route. Wow 50 min to find out I needed to go different direction. Mary Lou was not very helpful in answer our questions. She didn’t know things to simply questions. Lastly I asked for manager left my number but she never called. So here I am writing a nasty review on your service I’ve worked retail I know what BAD customer service looks like…. I will not be back. Lynn F

People are required to wear a mask in Michael's.
As far as i know since i just stopped working there It is now aaron brothers custom framing at michaels. The pre made frames on the floor are the usual Michael's brand frames they have always had. You would have to go to the framing counter and do a custom order if you wanted Aaron Brother's items
They don't give anything away. You'd have to buy it but they do sell tons of different kinds of paint
They should have almost any size up to a 40x60 but call to check the stock before you just go in
