This office needs to be shut down!!! They don’t help you at all !! All they do is lie to you. They tell you one thing one day, then they don’t communicate with you nor return any of your calls and randomly pop up again and say something completely different from what they said before. The supervisor Lizette admitted to me that her worker Luisa was doing everything wrong, and that my nephews WERE WRONGFULLY REMOVED!!! How are they still working in this field when they make so many mistakes!? Get a good lawyer && fight them because they have so many flaws && make so many mistakes!

The worker Luisa Macias is currently assigned to investigate "my situation". She has been very unprofessional. I have never been arrested for anything. I have no criminal charges at all what so ever. There has been complete lack of communication. Her reason from the very beginning in regards to get having to look into things have been inconsistent and keeps changing. She has hung up on me 3 times today during our conversation or our attempted phone conversation. As well as hanging up on me the previous time i contacted her. I repeatedly asked her for my case number, her agent /badge i.d. number and her supervisors name and number. She said i needed to drug test on her time. I have 3 kids all in school and one my kids has therapy. I attempted to explain i am more than willing to be compliant and when my earliest availability would be. I was unable t go test at the times she said i needed to. She has given me 2 different supervisor names. From the information she has given me there actually isn't even a case opened yet. And now she wants to take my kids away because supposedly i haven't been complying. The way she is handling situation unprofessional and just complicating things even more so. Does anyone have the main office website? Has anyone had her as their worker?

These people harassed me accusing me of being someone I’m not. They said I had a warrant and I repeatedly told them that although that was my name, they had the wrong girl. One worker went as far as to lie to the other worker saying I had admitted to being the mother of five children involved in the case. Ademant about my identity, the two workers demanded that I show up to their office - which is quite far for me - or else. Eventually, after sticking to my guns, they figured out they had misspelled the name and low and behold, they acknowledged that they were wrong. Time and energy wasted with these people on and off the phone with them.
