The Human Swiss Army Knife

I live 1 block away for the past 30 plus years. I struggle with the interior vacuuming and detail. I tip I pay for Preimum and still they miss the cup holders and good detail. I show them what I want and most act like I just insulted their child and still I do not get the satisfaction that they really care. It just might be typical but I am going to look for a new place that might have more integrity. E

I was quite dissatisfied with the service I received! I paid $50 since they were aggressively advertising the service and assuring me that they would do everything I required. Everything inside my car was wet when I retrieved it, yet it was as unclean as it had been when I arrived. I told them about it, but they didn't do anything about it. I began vacuuming and cleaning my car on my own, and no one offered to assist me. Simple things were not toughed, such as the door pockets, which had sand all over them, the seat, which was moist but had spots, and the glasses, which had stains on them and it seemed that may was not even vacuumed! The most discouraging experience was when I finished washing my car at a hand car wash station by myself and charged $50! Than the guy who was in charge of it told me, that they are closing and I have to come next day to fix it? Seriously I want my money back, because it’s respectful, I have to come back when I did the cleaning by myself in front of you? I thought it is going to be my favorite place to wash my car near home, but NO! I will never come back!

Car washed on 11/30. Used Turbo Wash. You should improve the service quality, definitely. Really disappointed and unprofessional job!!

The guys here at the car wash we're very quick and still made my car look great. The cop car that followed my driverless car through the wash also looks great. I thought The scene was kind of unusual, so I had to take a picture of it
