Yes, absolutely! We offer free quotes and network/security assessments with absolutely no obligation to buy. We also offer paid assessment and audits that are much more in depth and typically required for compliance such as HIPAA, NIST, DoD, etc.
We do offer our services at an hourly rate but rates can vary depending on whether we can fix the problem remotely or need to come onsite to your business. We have special offer for first time customers that need immediate service - we can send a senior engineer out to your office for a 1-time discounted rate of $50/hr OR we can send out a senior engineer for 2 HOURS FOR FREE, however, the business owner or decision maker will need to schedule a 15 minute meeting with our owner.
Short answer, YES. We fix 95% of our customers problems remotely using our secure remote access technology. This usually helps us fix your problem much faster. However, some problems cannot be fixed remotely and require someone to come onsite to your office and we definitely will do that.
We only offer our IT services to businesses, however, we will make house calls for our clients' business owners, CEO, etc.
