People don’t want to work , we need to Wait at the front door so long to seat after that for more than 20 min to get beer that came not cold and different then we ordered, usually I order extra crispy and didn’t came crispy . We love Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere we go but this one we don’t recommend.

We walked in today, 2 of us, and there was a party of 4 that walked in in front of us. We stood there for a couple minutes, a lady walked up, asked how many, they said 4, she looked around (they were not busy), it was 4:30, said I'll be right back, walked back to the bar and leaned against it abs started talking to the bar tender, and NEVER came back to seat anyone. After a couple minutes, I stepped around the other party, looked right at her, threw my arms up like "what's going on" , she looked at me and went in the kitchen. A few minutes later, another lady came and sat us all. The service at this location has gone to total hell. I'll never go back to this store.

Without a doubt ZERO stars should be given to this place! This location should be closed until they can reevaluate their management and employees. What a circus.The restaurant's appearance itself was atrocious, food all over the floors, tables sitting dirty.The staff all stood around looking worn out and miserable. Not a single employee knew what was going on, and after 4 different employees "went to go look" for our order that was " coming out now" and still not receiving it, we left and went elsewhere.

Was impressed . i always felt buffalo wild wings were like cafeteria food so not been to one in years but decided to try it again and was happy i did! Wings and tater tots were great and good portion. Always loved the environment so am happy to come back!!
