The rental process is so convenient and quick. I was able to complete everything online. I was running late to the office to verify my ID and I called to let them know, the manager Jessica was more than willing to wait for me. She also went over my lease with me, showed me where my unit was and answered my questions. She was so nice and easy going. It’s definitely a great and refreshing feeling to be treated so well! The property is also very clean and quiet. My unit is exactly what I needed. I’m looking forward to the easy months of renting to come :)

This place is not safe to store your stuff. I just had my unit broken into Sunday and they just contacted me today notifying 5 days. I think this is a inside job. They hacked the gate pad and picked my lock. Everyone there seemed relaxed and non shalon about it like it happens all the time. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGING HERE...

I was here for a little over 2 years. Moving out because i bought a house. I had a great experience with SmartStop. I would highly recommend this storage unit for anyone looking for large or small units. I had a 10 x 14 unit, a little dusty, for an outside unit, but that is expected.

Customer service was great. The introduction price was great but it got more expensive as time went on. We’ve been here for 3 years and only had a rodent issue once and just recently.
