I went there with my mother, uncle, cousin and one of my mothers friends for a family outing my mother chose to go here. She liked it, but for me I can't go the two hours there to get the few items I picked up. Every thing she picked up is available in Newport News Virginia at two stores, but it was an outing, the youngest person 52, the oldest 81. The customer's there were all friendly and made the visit pleasant, holding the door for my mom and her friend when they went in and out of the store.

Come here to get fresh back bone which I salt down several days. Then I simmer meat for a hour then add collards. The only place I have found that does not split backbone when cutting. This is good eating. Many other items including white sweet potatoes. Stop in and look around plenty to see!🙂🙃😊
