Ive been a tenant at this storage for a while. Property is always clean and the manager Katherine is always nice and keeps the property well maintained.

I stored my items in this facility for almost a year and last month I was robbed and my storage was left in a mess and all my valuables were gone. This happened in August and about a week after my insurance was up so I wasn't able to get any compensation. I think it was interesting how right when the insurance was not valid anymore it was immediately broken into. They say they have 24 hour survaliance but apparently didn't see anything. I don't think this facility is very safe and the units are dirty. I would recommend looking into a storage facility that is inside so you have extra protection.

I accidentally broke my key in the lock to my storage container. And I did not have another key. Stella helped get the broken lock off and a new one on. The issue was resolved quickly and easily. Stella went way above and beyond the call of duty.

Easy peasy process. Big clean unit. Easy access and great security (super important with storage units for those who know)… Stella, the manager, is super responsive, helpful, and professional! (And pretty hilarious, too.). Stoked with our unit and the process! Definitely come here!
