Another satisfied customer from SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma. I had a water leak several years ago from a water heater that was located in the garage of my residence. The water stained a small area of drywall and the water heater was replaced. I recently discovered mold in the area of the stained drywall. I called SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma and spoke to Jim. He came out to my residence the same day and gave me a reasonable quote for the demo and remediation of the mold issue. The work began quickly and was completed in several days. A small slow leak was found coming from the cold water supply pipe that feeds the water heater. The leaky pipe was replaced quickly by a plumber referred to me by SERVRO. The work on the mold remediation was thorough and they left the area clean. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma.

Communicative, honest, and reliable. Great customer service overall. I’m so glad I chose ServePro over the other two companies that I called. Long story short, I started smelling a musty scent in one of our kitchen cabinets... Told the husband and he shrugged it off thinking it wasn’t a big deal so I did too. A couple weeks later, it smelled worse so I took everything out of the cabinet and saw water damage and mold. Called ServePro and Jim came out the very next day and got me a quote. We scheduled for ServePro to come out on Saturday and everything was completely done by Tuesday as promised. Videl and his coworker did an amazing job putting up the barriers and demo’d everything out carefully and neatly.
