This is a review of the three head shops in the Gladstone/north Kansas City call the hub several incidents have happened over the past few years that have made me visit the store less and less first the prices on stuff is totally insane. They have such a mark up They employees lie about everything just to make a sale. . Twice now they have sold me bangers said to be quartz and it was really borosilicate glass * they play music so loud you cannot talk or ask questions and the songs are so full of vulgar language! *the sales people are the closest thing to used car salesman or snake charmers I have ever seen. They will sell you anything whether it works correctly together or not. * I am a medical cannabis patient and am unfamiliar with the terms and functionality of some items I needed, therefore I needed assistance with putting together a dab rig. The young man who I am assuming by the cracking of his voice and unfamiliarity with the store and it’s contents was new insisted these items would work together. 100 dollars later ….. it doesn’t fit. *I have spent over 2 thousand dollars here over the past 3 years. I will not be spending any more One last thing. Lose the holier than thou attitude.

Their prices on their Kratom and the wellness store next to them which i believe is owned by the same ppl is the most expensive in the northland but I have not found one that is more expensive so far and I have shopped for Kratom in the Northland, Midtown, and Independence
