Food is mediocre at best! Fries and other sides are not that great! They could just sell fish and bread and maybe that would be cool! They put call ins on hold and hang the phone up after you’ve been waiting for 5 minutes ! I never hear grease popping in the back either 😂

The person at the counter is supposed to be a person with customer service skills. I have been in hospitality for over 35 years now and I typically tip, complement and/or give praise when I encounter a person that deserve it. Today my blood boiled watching and experiencing this woman's engagement and the way she spoke to people. Please train you Team Members to run your business not run off your business.

This place have good fish and shrimp and the employees that works their are always nice. If you are planning on calling in an order for pickup be prepared to call the number at 15 times or more to get through also, you will probably be put on hold for about 10 to 20 minutes and you can hear their entire conversation with other people while you are on hold. There have been a few times, they have forgotten I was on hold and just hang up the phone. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for sitting on hold everytime I call in an order.

I love me some Fish City! I've been coming here ever since they opened many years ago. It's my favorite fish spot! I always get a #3 catfish, fries, hot sauce, white bread, and the fish cooked soft.
