I worked at JT Beauty for nearly 5 years. This family is the greatest! They are the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. Most black people feel as though Koreans don’t like us and they just want our business but they are exactly the opposite. They go out of their way to make sure customers have the newest and the best hair products as well as the cheapest but greatest quality hair. They study and research products before putting them on the shelves. The Chang’s are very selfless people who love making a difference in the hair community. I’ve almost never heard anyone complain about prices or customer service because Even if meant discounting prices so low they actually lose profit they’d do just to make a customer happy and I’ve been a witness to them opening tabs to customers who were short 10 or more dollars or giving away anything from products to hair. They are very trusting and kind people and they truly have a passion for their store and for their customers. Lastly they care for their employees black or Korean and I can tell you that first hand they are genuinely amazing people!
