Janice was outstanding! I was in and out like a flash! She listened to what I wanted, gave her professional opinion, and we came up with a gorgeous cut and style. Also, the salon is trendy and very clean. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment.

Awesome owner and great salon! Does not initially look like a salon but do not let that deter you. Once inside you will be so happy you chose Janice and her team. This salon is excellent. My first impression when walking into the salon is that it is clean, and nobody is waiting. Janice was actually waiting for me. I was hooked at that moment. Janice, her awesome personality, as well as being super friendly was so welcoming. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge that Janice has of black hair. She explained to me how she would cut it, and why. She explained how to care for my hair properly, what to do, what not to do and the role I play in helping my hair. That was awesome and very nice of her to share her tricks. Do you know about the shower cap? I didn't. She discussed with me what I wanted in great detail. I showed her some pictures and then she gave me the most beautiful haircut and style. Something that is missing in this world of weaves and wigs. Thank you Janice for being a "real" hair stylist!

I highly recommend going to Chocolate City Salon and letting Janice Willis be your stylist. I am a senior citizen with damage from braids I was wearing. I brought a picture to her and just told her I’d be content with at least a facsimile of how the hairstyle looked. She handled what I wanted very caring and allowed me to watch with a hand mirror she gave me to observe how short she was going to cut it with my approval. When she was finished my self esteem returned to me. She was punctual, professional and I found her to be very knowledgeable. The salon was clean and stylish. I will be returning to Ms Willis and I’m sure she’ll be able to get my hair back in shape. I highly recommend her.

I have been trying to find a beautician for my daughter and me, and I came across Chocolate City Salon on Facebook. I feel so blessed and thankful to have found Janice Willis ! She has done a fundamental job! I recommend Janice and her beautiful salon! Thank you so much Janice!
