Philip is a very nice man. He's been in business here for 22 years! I bought a refrigerator from him 13 years ago & it just went out....I replaced it with another fridge from Philip...he'll keep getting my business, great guy!

We brought a washer from him. We was promised to delivery between 6pm to 8 pm. They showed up at 1030 at night and was rude. The washer stopped working overnight. The owner came to look at it and said it was the pump. He promise to come to fix it at 215. Here it is 730 and still have a broken washing machine and no call or show. Lesson learn. Bad business.

PJ is nice to your face, but after you receive your appliance he goes AWOL. The 90-day guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on. He will not answer the phone. When he does finally answer, he tells you he will come at a certain time and then never shows up or call to let you know. Who does business this way? Our fridge worked for only one week before the problems started. We have spent a lot of money on repairs that they should have been covered by PJ and his worthless warranty. Do NOT do business with this man. Wish we had read the reviews online before doing business with him. It is unfortunate because we were planning on purchasing more appliances for the house we are remodeling. We thought we were supporting a trustworthy, small local business only to find out we got scammed.
