So skill is prevalent, however they do what they want and will use product how ever they will. No matter what, they don't believe in baby hairs and use same gel to do everyhing. If you don't like how they did your hair they don't care. So hit if you want any hairstyle, miss if you don't care about your hair health

I just went in for 4 feedin braids and they were so big and my real hair wasn't combed out before braided. The work was horrible I would never go back. Don't get me wrong they do have great customer service and they do get you right in but they work isn't great I have had other people do way better

I got butterfly locks I wanted them short but the lady suggested I get them long. the lady that does them did not use super glue but burnt them ( a big no no) mmkay fast forward after four days my locks start unraveling after seven days I’ve lost at least ten locks so I call to complain about my hair so i goes back to the shop she redo the ones she wanted to do because I ran out of hair ( mind you I bought my own hair, but they also provided hair , just not for me cause I had my own I guess) but before she redo them I asked if we could just do a different style on a different day and I’ll pay the difference because majority of my hair had to be taken down and redone anyway no to mention that they might do the same thing but she said no, mmkay , she redo the locks and here we are two days later and still the same results ( TRASH) there ugly af and that shop needs to stop robbing people of their hard earned money on this bs lazy hair braiding they be doing in that shop on 55th troost do not recommend nobody to go there for butterfly locks the lady that does them is sweet but the locks are TRASH. Better off going in Kansas off Minnesota to the African shop they ten times better anyways I made a huge mistake going on 55th smh never again
