They have bad customer service. The lady behind the counter and the guy with the long hair are both very rude and seem to just hate what they do in life. Organize your shop and get some staff that cares because you will shut down with people like that running the store.

I have to say that I have been there 3 times in the last two weeks. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Sometimes I feel like I'm not taken seriously because I'm a chick. I don't feel this way at Larry & Joe's. I have been able to fix my dripping shower, install my new washer and dryer, and I'm fixing to pick up a thermocouple for my water heater. I'm grateful to have somewhere to serk answers other than Lowe's or Home Depot.

How very pleased with the service and I'll definitely come back again.I was able to find the PVC coupler that looking for an additional 1/2 inch mender for my water hose.which they don't sell that you're home depots or Lowe's and I was very happy to see that they have it here. Larry's and Joe's in Northridge was a very professional place to come do your shopping.
