The staff here is so helpful. I came in 7 mo. pregnant to pick up vinyl tile and an order and Tom was very patient as I had to play phone tag to get some confirmations, and then very helpful with loading up a pull cart and then my car. This is a great store and I’m really pleased with my experience.

A woman by the name of Hayden in the design area was extremely rude when I called. Her tone was unprofessional, and she was completely dismissive. I wanted to know product information(names) of items on the design inspiration wall. I took a picture when I was in the store and was extremely detailed with my description. There aren’t many options on the design walls. She could have easily figured out the design combo to which I was referring. She applied zero effort to serve a customer. If you want your store making money you should invest in employees who CARE about sales. She told me I could email a picture to the design services department(quickly barked out an email address and refused to spell it until I asked), then told me they were in a meeting so I wouldn’t hear back any time soon. Terminate this curmudgeon!

Masks are required in store. They do ask for social distancing. All employees are wearing masks. They are very safety conscious.
I see some stuff on sale but not sure it's labor day sale or not
There is not a No Dog Sign Posted. The decision making process can take awhile & cars get very hot. I hope they will allow dogs. But, I do not know.

It depends on if you are going to float, nail or glue the new floor down. Floating is the cheapest at roughly $1.50 - $2.00 per Sqft. It goes up from there. I would do it yourself. It’s ridiculously easy.

They don't deliver but they will get a freight quote together for you to get material to your house or place of business. This usually goes through a fed ex. With all of the weight, it tends to be hundreds of dollars for delivery.
