My daughter sprained her knee. A staff member helped us try on braces to see what size worked best for her. Then, I rented a wheel chair for a week. My daughter needed foot rests that would raise so we could put a pillow under her legs and keep them elevated. They made sure I had what I needed by trying the correct legs and then showing me how they worked. They offered to load the wheel chair in my car too. I was a little late getting it back. When I called to tell them I was returning it late, they were very nice about it and did not charge me any extra. The check out process was easy and quick. I would definately recommend them!
