I'm not sure about the details but they do rent the facilities and they have tables and chairs. My estimate is they have about 100 chairs. I don't think they'll see your question and suggest calling if you're interested.
I don't think they do, as it is a building for community events. Goodwill at 620 19th Street and Salvation Army at 2126 Harbor should be able to help. You can always call the city to check for other options. You can also check with Savers in Fountain Valley.
