I visited Audi Fletcher Jones of in Costa Mesa after visiting two other dealerships. The experience overall was great. I came in looking for a paticular used car and was able to acquire it. (2014 Toyota Corolla) The staff for the most part seemed friendly. The front desk host was cool. The woman who helped us, Vanessa, made the experience worthwhile. She was very professional, friendly, informative, and helpful. Type of person you can build a team around. Thank you Vanessa for all your help and will be glad to come back when ready for a new vehicle

My family has bought several luxury cars used & new & this is BY FAR the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. I am moving here to soCal from GA & was looking for a car & we stumbled upon Fletcher Jones and I saw a gorgeous Audi Q5; however, it was a little out of my price range. Andi, our car salesperson let me test drive and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle specs. She is the coolest gal ever & the only person I wanted to buy a car from in Cali! Steve, the manager, I also had the pleasure of working with and offered me a great deal on the Audi to make it within my budget. I’m in love with my new car & I have Fletcher Jones Audi, Andi, & Steve to thank!!! When my family moves to CA in a few years they will be using these guys! 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Excellent service from beginning to end! Garrett gets 5 gold stars. He was kind, polite, straightforward, never pushy, and everything you wouldn't expect of a typical car sales person. From the front desk to the managers - everyone I came in contact with was pleasant. I also love that the dealership offers complimentary car washes and airport shuttle service! I'll absolutely refer friends and family to Garrett/Fletcher Jones.

My mom bought a 2021 Q5 which had a recall on a seal. There was no offer to repair the car. She turned it in today for a 15K loss. Seeing as she did not want to sell it and pawn the problem off she took it in and got fleeced. Nobody claims any responsibility at the dealership. She overheard employees discussing how they were not going to honor the recall and simply repair it. 2021 Q5's are not affected. Unless you feel like dealing with shady sales operations I would steer way clear of this place. I have spoken with 2 Audi Dealership Service reps and they both recommend filing a complaint with Audi USA to investigate the dealership and the transparency of this transaction. They open at 6 A.M. Monday morning and I will be their first phone call unless the dealership corrects the situation. Nobody could get the Apple Play to work but they sent her off anyways. Several employees tried to get it to work but nobody could. Honestly if they did that to me I would have returned the car right then and there. Without the navigation my mom has difficulty getting around so the entire car became obsolete essentially. If you are looking to squander your money I definitely recommend Fletcher Jones. Not a snowballs chance that there are only positive reviews for this place yet that is all you see.

Yes The e tron is a nice suv tho but I think the mile range is low 200+ miles
