Went there around 1:50pm today April 18th. The girl at the window was not friendly at all. Terrible customer service. Ordered a diet Mountain Dew and ended up getting a baha blast. Went in and showed them what I wanted and got so much sass from the girls working the window. Was ignored for the first 10 minutes of walking in the building. And they were arguing with me saying what they gave me was diet but if I wanted a diet baha I would’ve ordered it, I ordered a diet regular Mountain Dew. If you’re gonna be in an industry where customer service is a must then gain customer service skills. If not find something else:) over all just not very happy with how I was treated.

One Star is too much. So I placed an app order at 9:30 pm I drive to the location (less then 5 min) to find out the order did not go through after finally getting to the speaker 35 minutes after waiting in line. the time is now 10:07 pm. the lady informed me that she could not do the same price for the order that was $11 instead it would be almost $38. I drove back home to grab my phone and noticed that the order did go through so I then drive back there the time is now 10:10 p.m. I first notice the line is wrapped around the parking lot like it was before only this time it is actually in the street and clearly back to subway is where I was sitting. There was one employee walking around the lobby the whole time who kept taking her phone out to photograph the line, while another was hiding behind the pillar on the street side of the building smoking who also kept taking photographs of the line. After A few moments the car that was originally behind me emerges, from the drive through. When I got to the speaker box at 11:03 pm for the second time yet again they could not find the order, and asked me to leave the line again this time I refused to leave the line after over an hour and a half because it was absurd, when I got to the window the rude employee then stated she found the order, now looking completely incompetent she goes over to the frozen drink machine pours the frozen drinks sits it on the counter while it is 94 deg outside and waits for the food which takes an additional 5 min. meanwhile the employee was still walking around the lobby taking pictures. When I was finally given my half melted frozen drinks, and food I checked that I had all items, prior to driving away, I noticed the same employee still standing where she was smoking, over a 40 minutes later. When I got home The food was cold and had a boat load of sour cream on it when we said no sour cream. Absolutely absurd. Taco Bell Owner your employees who are making $15/hr like the sign says.... are stealing your money, I won't be back for a good long while . Hire people with some semblance of intelligence who can actually do their job over an hr and a half and two trips for an order that should have been done the first time. Oh I forgot to mention they would only let one car order, and get through the drive thru before the next car could even order. Inefficient as all get up at least keep a couple orders in so the people on the other side making the order can get started on them.

They're quick, tasty, they have a wide variety of choices, which the whole family enjoys, but my favorite thing is that I can order a Power Bowl and get their dairy free option. My kids like the unique drinks there too, and we all love those taco sauces!
