It’s pretty good. Bunch of kids working there, they are doing a pretty good job. It wasn’t terribly expensive. Basically I do $20 a kid and it’s a good hour - hour and a half of fun. The bathroom was clean. It’s pretty dark in the game area so no telling if that’s clean or not. No dead bodies anyway. It felt safe and my kids are young. They have a bouncy house area set aside for the really young kids and I thought that was pretty cool.

This place is terrible. This place has to compete with Dave and busters and main event which puts a smack dab third place as the worst in the area. Many of the machines did not work correctly. Hit a bonus on one for 500 tickets but it never let the tickets onto my card. Had several that I paid to play and nothing happened. I would say at least half of the machines have some sort of problem with them. Go karts was fun but one of the people in our group had a faulty go-kart that kept dying on the track and therefore was not able to complete more than a couple laps and totally got ripped off. Then there's a problem of us being the first in line to get on the go-karts and still being told to come back in a few hours to ride the go-karts. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and keep in mind we were literally the first people to walk in the doors so they just didn't clean them after the night before. Bumper cars one person in our group had one that was faulty and she could not move and she weighs probably 40 lb. She just watched us all play. To end the extremely lackluster family event we decided to grab a few funnel cakes and treats from the kitchen but unfortunately after standing there for 5 minutes realized nobody was interested in serving us "2 kids playing on phones" so we walked off. I can definitely promise we'll never be back and hopefully they spend a tremendous amount of money making this place half of what the other locations are or we can guarantee it will be out of business sooner than later.

I know everywhere right now is short staffed and most people are doing the best they can but I will say that Ryan the manager on Saturday night was AMAZING!! He made our daughter's experience very memorable by stepping in where needed. We will be back for sure!! Very impressed by Ryan's professionalism. The two young men working the concession stands were also great!! Friendly, helpful, and fun!! Great job Powerplay!!
