Charles and team are amazing. For me, Charles is to my footwear what Costco is for my groceries, QuickTrip is to my car gas, GoDaddy is for my small business, and VistaPrint is for my stationary. These business are the best of the best. Charles and team have been able to repair and restore footwear that most people would have discarded. BEST SHOE REPAIR IN KANSAS CITY. Service was super nice, came in with an urgent request on a pair of loafers that were completely beat up and they repaired them to look brand new. Even pointed out what a previous shoe repair shop did wrong and corrected it completely, and did it all on short notice with a fast turnaround. This place is the real deal. Will only go here and recommended here from now on.

This place has helped me for years with trying to keep a pair of old sandals usable. They always do a great job! The customer service is always on point and I have always appreciated their hours. Open till 6pm during the week and are open Sat but not till 6. Check them out if you have shoes you love but need some love.

I had a three corner tear in the front of a soft ladies black leather jacket. I was just sick that it was ruined. It was taken to KC shoe repair and I got it back yesterday . I am ecstatic at the amazing repair!! One must look very hard to even visualize where it was. THANK YOU for giving me my favorite coat back.

we are not yet open. we are going as fast as possible. i dont have an exact date of reopening but estimate is late may or early june. hours will be as usual. 8-630 and 8-5 sat. thank you for keeping us in mind. we will need all the support from folks like you when we open. we cant wait to see you
Yes. There's a new banner saying that they're going to reopen as well as a long message on the door about the fire, insurance coverage for customer items & contacts.

if the zipper can be repaired, it will be 14.00. if it needs to be replaced it will be about 25.00
