Great spot to live. We've had the best neighbors here over anywhere else we've lived! Manager is awesome and facilitys are always in great condition. And it doesn't get any better then this view!

RV and trailer spots are $525 per month. That includes water septic electric and garbage. Manufactured home spots are $505 per month but you have to own the home.

Is this a full hook up rv park, meaning water, electricity, and wifi?
