I was in the market for a UTV rack and Tow Smart Trailers made it happen for me. I called ahead since I was driving from Bakersfield and they told me they had a rack ready for me. I arrived a little late (during their lunch hour) however German did not hesitate to help me. He showed me the rack he had and I fell in love with the gold one. I was given all the help there to load it and was shown how to load my UTV. Once home I loaded my 2021 Can Am Maverick X3 DS turbo max, I was very happy. The racks get lots of attention and makes it easy to tow other things, like my 33' RV trailer. I was very happy not only with the rack but the great customer service I received. If your in the market for a UTV rack or a trailer, this is where you need to come get yours. Thank you guys very much.

This has to be hands down the best product at the best price on the market today. I have shopped around and This is the number 1 deal. The customer service is off the charts. The owner even drove out to my location to hand deliver the tire tie downs and then loaded my new can-am for me on the rack. They stand behind the product 110% no question about that. Ask for the Deluxe Model and add the power coat to match your side by side. It really looks sharp. I am very happy with the product and customer service. Drew

Had a great experience and got quality product from these guys. I bought a long bed 2/4 seater utv rack for my truck and it works and looks awesome. The welds are solid, the rack is sturdy, and the guys told me a date and had it ready on that date. I called mid October and they told me the first week of November. The 6” safety rails they include are a huge help for loading so you can hug the driver side rails since you’re blind on the passenger side. They also said if I have any issues in the next two years to take it to my local fabrication shop and they will foot the bill. Went and picked the product up myself from these guys and they were super helpful and personable. Would highly recommend working with these guys if you’re looking for a way to haul your SxS without spending crazy money on a trailer.

I bought a 3 rail motorcycle trailer from German. He explained everything and how it would ship (LTL) to Oregon. The trailer arrived when it was scheduled and I picked it up a couple of days later (too hot otherwise). Because German assembled the tires and lights, I waited longer for the forklift driver to get the trailer than to unpack it and hook up to trailer. Big shout out for upgrading to the Mamba tires too. They are sweet. The warehouse drivers were pretty interested in the trailer and how to order one too! Thank you German!
